It feels like springtime today so what do we homeschoolers do? Head outside. And since my children cannot be separated from their precious chicks and since it is actually warm enough for the chicks to go outside, we are having a combined schoolwork (for children) and first foray into the great outdoors (for chicks.)

| Chicks are very helpful with schoolwork. Pecking at it, walking on it. Overheard Stella saying, "get off my book, I don't want poop on it!" Yes, chicken poop is a hazard of homeschooling. |
